We apologize for being so late...We've been busy packing, moving, un-packing, etc. For anyone who may not know, we now live in Charleston, SC. It is beautiful here--lots of colors in the fall, beautiful coastline, lots of history and total strangers wave from the street. Sam loves his new school and Suzan and Samuel are learning their way around town. We have a lot of pictures for you to see. They span from July until Christmas.

The Wilson family is diligently packing for our move in less than TWO weeks!! We are moving to Charleston, SC for Sam's schooling. We are sorry it has taken us so long to update our blog. We have had some interruptions that have kept us away. Please enjoy the latest pictures!!

Samuel has learned to clap!! He's been watching us carefully whenever we cheer and shout, "Yay!!" He finally decided that he wanted to learn. Usually he clams up when the camera is on, but luckily I was able to catch him. Enjoy!

We have been very blessed this year....little Samuel has grown so much! He is wearing 6 month clothing already! We are having a blast with our little one. Our family pictures were taken in South Carolina (Sam's parents and Samuel's grandparents - and new cousin, Benjamin, born 2 days before he was!) It was so much fun to be with the family for Thanksgiving.

Here are the most recent pictures! My, how he changes in just a month! He has almost doubled his birth weight (can ya tell? He's a little porker!) and is becoming more expressive each day. He's started to respond more to toys and just LOVES to lay back and stare at himself in the mirror that hangs from his playmat. I guess he's a bit of a Narcissist. Wouldn't you be if you were that cute? I know, parents are biased. So, sit back and bask in our unadulturated admiration of cuteness incarnate!

Little man has grown so much! He almost doesn't look like the same baby! His little face is filling out,

and he's growing like crazy. He was 7lbs 7 oz when he was born and is already up to 8 lbs! (Our little porker!) He's sleeping better and better each night--and so are Mom and Dad...phew! Here are some more pictures for you all....

BOY! Having Grandma Humpry (Ahnnie) over has afforded some great pictures. Little Samuel just loves sitting, being rocked and throwing his hands into the air. (He sleeps with his arms pulled up above his head! So cute!) He's eating well, sleeping a lot and everything is just peachy. He's just so perfect! (Oh, no--we're not proud!) Just as a side note: any of you heard of or seen the DVD "Happiest Baby on the Block"? We watched it a couple days before we went to the hospital. The stuff WORKS!! If Samuel is screaming, all I have to do is hold him in my arms turned on his side and just a little foreward on his belly and "shush" in his ear and he immediately calms down. It's awesome! Anyway, I highly recomend the DVD to anyone with newborns.

Today (well, yesterday...) our lives forever changed! Little baby Samuel, 7 lbs 7 oz, 21 in long came down from heaven above to live with us! We'll write more about the delivery later, but we know all you want right now is pictures. So, here you go! Our perfect little man:

Preggy Belly

Hullo!

Well, let's just say that the last few weeks have been really busy! (I know, we always say that...I doubt we're any busier than the rest of you.) But, things are going splendidly! Just a few days 'till little baby Samuel comes! (His official due date is Wednesday, 12 Sep). He's being stubborn, though. Doc says he hasn't dropped much. But we're going in this Tues to find out the final scoop-whether we'll wait or induce. You know, all those fun doctory things.... At any rate, by Wednesday of next week we'll have our newest addition to the family!! Yay!!! Here are some pics of Suzie's pregnant belly for your cultural edification.

Reunion!!

Suzan had her High School Reunion two weeks ago in Satellite Beach, Florida. We had a blast! Suzan especially enjoyed showing off her new hubby and pregnant belly. (She was the only pregnant one there!) Sam enjoyed meeting many spouses (husbands of girlfriends) and talking "manly stuff". It was the kind of occasion that truly makes us grateful for our lives!!!
