Here are the most recent pictures! My, how he changes in just a month! He has almost doubled his birth weight (can ya tell? He's a little porker!) and is becoming more expressive each day. He's started to respond more to toys and just LOVES to lay back and stare at himself in the mirror that hangs from his playmat. I guess he's a bit of a Narcissist. Wouldn't you be if you were that cute? I know, parents are biased. So, sit back and bask in our unadulturated admiration of cuteness incarnate!

Blessing Day

Here are some pictures from Samuel's blessing day. He actually behaved during the blessing! No fussing or spitting up! In all seriousness it was a great day. We are very blessed to have this sweet little man come to our family.

Little man has grown so much! He almost doesn't look like the same baby! His little face is filling out,

and he's growing like crazy. He was 7lbs 7 oz when he was born and is already up to 8 lbs! (Our little porker!) He's sleeping better and better each night--and so are Mom and Dad...phew! Here are some more pictures for you all....

Another quick post: Like I said, Ahnnie allows us a little more paparazzi priviledges.

BOY! Having Grandma Humpry (Ahnnie) over has afforded some great pictures. Little Samuel just loves sitting, being rocked and throwing his hands into the air. (He sleeps with his arms pulled up above his head! So cute!) He's eating well, sleeping a lot and everything is just peachy. He's just so perfect! (Oh, no--we're not proud!) Just as a side note: any of you heard of or seen the DVD "Happiest Baby on the Block"? We watched it a couple days before we went to the hospital. The stuff WORKS!! If Samuel is screaming, all I have to do is hold him in my arms turned on his side and just a little foreward on his belly and "shush" in his ear and he immediately calms down. It's awesome! Anyway, I highly recomend the DVD to anyone with newborns.

BABY SAMUEL!!!!!

Today (well, yesterday...) our lives forever changed! Little baby Samuel, 7 lbs 7 oz, 21 in long came down from heaven above to live with us! We'll write more about the delivery later, but we know all you want right now is pictures. So, here you go! Our perfect little man:
